I'm loving... Hailey Tuck

I've literally just discovered this new love, like ten minutes ago when I was listening to music on Spotify. A recommended artist for me was Marina and the Cats, which I really liked, but I thought I would check out some of the artists that are 'similar to what you are listening to'. Top of the list was Hailey Tuck. I clicked on her name, and poof, I fell in love.

She sings beautiful vintage jazz music, on par with the greats like Ella Fitzgerald. I really love that sort of Jazz, it's so mellow and calming, so it's the perfect discovery for me.
On further inspection (I stalked her and found her website and Instagram), I discovered that she grew up in Texas, but bought a one way ticket to Paris at 18 and had to live off her singing until she could no longer afford it after 18 months. She's also seriously into vintage. Seeing pictures of her, it's hard to believe she actually lives in the 21st century! I honestly wish I had the confidence (and the body) to look so great in vintage clothes.
