I'm not sure about anywhere else, but here in England the T.V channel Film4 has a Studio Ghibli season every year or so, normally in the Easter holidays. If you don't know what Studio Ghibli is, it's basically the Japanese version of Disney, only better in my opinion. It was created by Hayo Miyazaki, who has recently retired, and most of the films are based on books, often fairly little known books. The most well known Studio Ghibli film is Spirited away, but there are sooo many great ones that a lot of people don't know about.
Anyway, Studio Ghibli season is when they show all the films over a holiday. If you haven't caught the first week of them, there is still another week left, but you will have missed my ultimate all time favourite, Howl's moving castle, which I actually just got on DVD for my birthday. If you watch no other Studio Ghibli films, watch that one. I'm pretty sure you can get it on Dubbedscene :)
